Our ACV is fermented from apples that have not been chemically treated. We slowly ferment using the apple’s naturally occurring sugars and our BVH cider vinegar ‘mother’. Our yeast mother has been fermenting our vinegar batches year after year and has produced some flavorful and tangy vinegar. Shake the bottle before using to get the health benefits of the mother in every serving. We do not adjust the acidity so please do not use this for canning, it may not work.
