Dehydrated, Grey Dove oyster mushroom chunks. These are caps only, no stems. To rehydrate, pour boiling water on them and let sit 15 minutes. Don't throw out the water, it will also have a great mushroom flavor. I rehydrate with broth for a great start to soups.
These are cultivated mushrooms from certified organic mushroom spawn.
