Slow process, cold extraction from Madagascar vanilla beans. I use Everclear for two reasons. It's made in the USA and it does not add ANY other flavors. Your flavor is pure, smooth vanilla.

This is great for cookies, cakes, drinks and anything where vanilla is the featured flavor of your recipe. Many cooks save this vanilla for the good recipes and use less expensive vanilla flavoring for recipes that have many other flavors involved.

Caution: Flammable, do not use near open flame.

For the same reason, do not pour directly onto raw eggs as it will cook the whites. Mix the eggs into your recipe before adding this vanilla.
